our stay at even was great. the location is perfect, super close to the metro for easy access to dc. the rooms are clean, and we really appreciated the 24/7 fitness center. the staff was friendly, and they even helped us with free parking when we needed it!

Had a pleasant night's stay with a great reception experience. The Executive Double Room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Tried the muffins at breakfast, which were delightful! For future guests, consider ordering breakfast a la carte—it's simple but tasty.

Soundproofing between rooms needs serious attention!!! The reservation and parking situation was frustrating, and having to share an elevator with residential units felt inconvenient and unsafe at times!!!
